MUMBAI: In a new hilarious video, Bhojpuri actor Tara Rani Singh, also known as Rangita Singh or Lavri Devi in Bihar, has requested Bollywood superstar Salman Khan for an appointment.
Tara Rani Singh is very popular in Bihar and Bhojpuri cinema and has done several item songs and videos in her home state.
The video released on her Facebook page has Tara addressing Salman Khan as her ‘bhagwan’ or ‘Allah’ meaning her ‘God’ and goes on to say that since Salman Khan is ‘god’ to thousands of fans across the world, she also considers him her ‘god’ and looks forward to meeting him.
Then she goes on to add that as Salman Khan is known for helping people all over – with an oblique reference to Salman Khan’s offer of help for jailed actor Rajpal Yadav – she is requesting her ‘god’ for help as she is going through bad times.
When we spoke to Tara, she said she wants to meet Salman Khan and at least click a selfie with him. According to her, she has got numerous requests from her fans in Bihar for a selfie with the Bollywood super star.
Who is Tara Rani Singh?
Tara Rani Singh is a famous YouTuber, Instagrammer and Bollywood actress. She is also a model and has also walked the ramp for several fashion shows in Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow and Chandigarh.
She was earlier known by the name of Rangita Singh, but changed her name to Tara Rani Singh on the advice of her personal astrologer and palmist.
She has done several music videos and is a celbrity in Bihar and the Bhojpuri industry. Featuring in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films, she has ventured in the South film industry as well and is poised to start a new innings in Bollywood with a reputed production and filmmaking banner.
She has tried her luck as a singer, but is still waiting and bidding her time for the right music track and lyrics as well as a good music director who can work the magic required for a successful music launch.
