CHENNAI: According to the latest buzz in the Tamil film industry, newcomer Simranpreet Kaur Arora who originally hails from Amritsar, has been signed on for a multi-project Tamil film deal.
While the exact details are not yet known, a little birdie told us that Simranpreet or Simmy or Gudiya as she is known as among her family and friends, has bagged meaty roles in a three-film deal.
Who is Simranpreet Kaur Arora?
20-year-old, Simranpreet Kaur Arora who is from Punjab, has done professional acting courses and is also a writer – she has a collection of short stories. While she was born in Punjab, she has lived in West Bengal, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Her hobbies include practising and studying kick boxing, karate, painting and dancing. She also a professional dancer and has learned Kathak and other forms of Indian dance. She is an animal lover and enjoys listening to motivational songs during her free time.
She was also a winner of Ms Kolkata (for Cuteness) in the year 2019 and has participated in several pageants and done hundreds of ramp shows in her career of over 5 years. She started acting and modeling at the age of 15 and has been working since then.
